When we first met Marketing Works in 2014, the company was beginning their multi-year leadership transition strategy. With that change came two very big needs: 1) employee engagement support internally and 2) a new brand and digital presence externally.
People processes for growth
We deployed our Employee Engagement Program to assist with the team’s overall experience, health and growth. With an eye on the business goals, we worked to align the people and processes needed to navigate the changing cultural landscape. Employee Growth Dashboards, weekly coaching sessions and monthly employee engagement reports kept communication open and direct all while ultimately aligning the leadership with their team members.
A fresh identity
Externally, Marketing Works needed a brand and digital presence to match the more modern, changing vibe that was happening internally. The goal was to maintain the strong brand equity that had developed over several decades while showcasing a new, fresh face and suite of services. We aimed to highlight their excellent client case studies, promote the company’s thought leadership and ultimately market the agency’s strongest product - their 360 Marketing Process.
