  • A trained facilitator/coach who leverages the Owl & Key Strategic Planning for Life™ framework.

  • As a trained guide, you will have the opportunity to lead individuals through Strategic Planning for Life via Owl & Key’s clients, within the company you work for and/or with your own clients. Each guide may choose to use the training and framework differently to support their vision for this work.

    If you choose to pursue guideship with Owl & Key’s clients, you will have the opportunity to lead individuals, partners and corporate partners depending on your specialties.

    The flagship program, SPFL for Business, brings together cohorts of people from a single organization (class sizes vary) for a 9 week, immersive experience. From Fortune 500s to SMBs, each business engagement is dynamic and impactful.

  • You submit your application below. We will then reach out to you to discuss enrolling in the Owl & Key Guide Program, which is a training program created and taught by our Co-Founder, Krista Franks.

    The training is three phases.

    1. SPFL Guide Class. We go through the Strategic Planning for Life program as a Guide group, establishing a foundation for the framework while also developing guide practices throughout.

    2. SPFL Guide Training. Here, we go through a thorough training of the SPFL program, virtual individual and group facilitation practices, brand and systems set-up, community initiatives and tracking practices to deliver an exceptional experience.

    3. Live Class Observation & Leading with Support. If you desire to guide for Owl & Key or run full SPFL programs within your company or independent practice, you will then transition into live classes for co-facilitation training.

      Once you've completed the guide training, you'll be able to lead available classes through Owl & Key with their client base, within your organization or with your own clients.

    The next training begins in April 2024.

  • The short answer is, when you want them to. We are filling out the schedule with classes throughout the year, and you'll be informed when there's a client/class we feel is right for you, and then you can decide if you have the desire and capacity to guide with us. As a guide we'll gather and keep your selected availability, and create or place you with classes that best align with your schedule.

    Once you complete the program, you may also lead your own cohorts with or without the help of the Owl & Key’s proprietary operational and branding support as provided in the licensing program.

  • From the comfort of your own space :) Our entire business is designed and delivered remotely, and you'll be able to do the same as an extension of Owl & Key.

  • The full 9 week experience is marketed, sold, set up, enrolled, scheduled, and closed by Owl & Key's proprietary operating systems, so our facilitators get to do what they do best and guide people to be their healthiest and most vital selves at work and in life. On average, our guides will spend 1-2 hours a week for 9 weeks during the course per cohort. Your primary role will be to guide people's weekly reflections and the SPFL work during our Integration Calls. These are an hour per week.

  • For each cohort that an Owl & Key Guide facilitates, they are compensated starting at $2,500/class. An Owl & Key Guide can lead multiple classes at the same time or throughout the year depending on availability. We also have created compensation tiers for our more experienced and successful Guides (prerequisite of completing 10+ cohorts). This allows Guides to plug in when they desire and are available, while earning supplemental income outside of their current positions or ventures.

    If you are running cohorts through your independent business, we will support you in setting up pricing strategies that align with your vision and target audience.

  • If you're a people leader in HR, L&D, a team leader inside an organization, or an individual practitioner who feels that Owl & Key's frameworks could benefit your people and clients, you can certainly leverage our system. Owl & Key will collect a monthly licensing fee (not based on the number of cohorts you conduct) of $500/month per practitioner.

  • The Owl & Key Guide Training & Certification is a $5,000 investment for the initial 6-month training. The optional ongoing licensing is $500 per month, per practitioner.

  • Once you are trained and certified, you can leverage the Lifestyle Design concepts and training in your work as a guide and facilitator. Ongoing licensing would allow you to lead cohorts end-to-end through Strategic Planning for Life (independently or with Owl & Key), receive ongoing development alongside other guides through Owl & Key, leverage fellow guides and Owl & Key for new guide opportunities and access Owl & Key’s proprietary operational and branding systems to support your programs.
