In 2017, business and life partners, Phil & Krista Franks, set out to design a life around what mattered most.
At the time, they were welcoming their first son into the world while simultaneously exiting another successful business partnership to start Owl & Key. And further, leaving what they knew about themselves behind, in order to begin living the life they desired together. What started as a design company has evolved over the years into a lifestyle design company rooted in the couple’s own deep self-awareness journey and lifestyle strategic planning frameworks. Today, the duo has guided hundreds of individuals, groups and businesses through the transformative process of Strategic Planning for Life, introducing intention and meaning into every single one of their client’s achievements. They are credited for helping entrepreneurs start and expand conscious businesses, corporate executives choose values-based promotions, teams spark a more connected culture, and couples reach connectivity and shared goals together they didn’t think possible.
